Zyliss Food Chopper
This little gem is my “go to” for meal prepping. I use it a few times a week. You crank it like an outboard motor! It saves you a lot of time chopping up onions, peppers and just about anything you need diced. I like to give it as a wedding gift.

My favorite recent gadget acquisition is the cherry pitter – love it! And cherries are delicious right now. Grab a bag and your pitter and go to town! Other favorite kitchen gadgets: electric juicer (a wedding gift from 33 years ago) and apple peeler/corer (purchased at the Valle Fair in Valle Crucis quite a few years ago).
