Do you know what Helen and Holly love to do when we are not reading books? WE LOVE TO PLAY TRIVIA!! Wilmingtonians, if you have not heard about legendary stand-up comic and trivia announcer MT Bottles (aka Travis), consider yourself now informed….He is all over town at a different spot each night of the week. Last Thursday, Helen and Holly (and a few friends) rocked it at Four Corners near Wrightsville Beach. We won (not trying to brag, but….). The key to winning is having a diversified team. You need someone well-versed with general knowledge, someone that is into sports stats, a history buff, and a teenager (we brought my 18 year old daughter Jane) for music and pop culture found on Tik Tok…Also, you get to choose a fun team name. Last week, we were team Pop Quiz Khalifa! The table across from was named Trivia Newton-John…and next to that was named Chicken Cordon Bleu Balls…😮🤣Get a team together (max of 7 people) and come on out!
