Helen and Holly are moving in two different directions this summer. Helen’s television is broken in her bedroom. This calls for extra reading- but only fluff! Holly is on some European adventures and has a little homework reading on the side. Here are the books we are enjoying on our own.

I picked up a few fun books at Barnes and Noble yesterday. I have already plowed through Sandwich. It was very relatable! I love The Housemaid series and am excited to pick back up on the third book. I know nothing about That Kind of Mother, but stumbled upon it while browsing. I very much enjoyed Rumaan Alam’s crazy book Leave the World Behind, so I am hoping this one delivers! Like I said…I only want to read superfluous fluff on the side….
Holly says:
Helen lent me Sandwich, so I will definitely be reading that one. We are going to be doing some traveling in late July, and I LOVE to read books set in the places where I am traveling when I am actually there, so I have downloaded Prague Fatale and The Invisible Bridge. Looking forward to our three picks for August also! My Kindle and Audible are heavy for the month!
