Detectives arrive at Oliver’s apartment to discover a decomposing body inside.

Covid thriller- too soon? I listened to this on a Thanksgiving flight. I saved it for last because it seemed the easiest to digest/read. It was kind of a struggle because I am sick of the psychological crime genre. Highly implausible ending- skip it!

Meh…My least favorite book of the month. Basically, it was a drag that drug out way too long. I didn’t care much about any of the characters, they were unrelatable, and the story was not really believable. I kept trying to visualize the setting, but I just couldnt make anything connect. Kind of like the COVID environment itself – disconnected, unrelatable and drug out way too long.
